Final Reminder to all Impressions Art Club Members and Applicants:

You are invited to attend the next Impressions Art Club Members’ Evening: -

5.15pm Thursday 25th March
In-store at Impressions, 11a Sundial Square, Richmond

The guest speaker will be Jack Borland, the Marketing Manager for Art Spectrum which is the major manufacturer of fine art materials in Australia. We currently stock Art Spectrum Oil Mediums, Colourfix Papers and Primers, Soft Pastels, Stretcher Bars, Pigmented Inks, Draw and Wash Papers, and Imitation Mongoose Brushes – and have access to all their other products including their excellent quality oil paints.

Jack intends to share insights he has gleaned from artists on his many trips to conventions and seminars around the world. He will explain what qualities your art materials should have to be considered good quality materials. In addition, he will introduce their newest range of watercolours and issue a free pack of materials for you to experiment with at home. There will also be an opportunity to try some of their product during the evening as well as ask Jack questions of your own.

RSVP: 10 March to impressions@actrix.co.nz

Because Jack is generously providing a free pack of materials for people attending the evening to try out, I need to have an indication of likely numbers for the evening. Some people have already phoned, emailed or noted their name on our list at the counter. If you would like to come and have not already left your name, I recommend you do so by return email so I can advise Jack how many packs we will need on the night.

I hope you can join us for the evening.

March Special for Members holding the Impressions’ Discount Card.

Save 20% throughout March on all Winsor & Newton Pastels, individual pastels and sets in stock.

Note – Winsor & Newton Pastels are being deleted from our supplier’s stocks, so we will shortly be deleting them from our range. This special represents your best chance to stock up on the most useful colours before the range is removed.
